We offer the latest in equipment and group fitness classes to give a variety of workouts to choose from. For those who want results fast...our Personal Trainers offer a variety of "hard core" group training programs while providing support and encouragement that's needed to succeed! These programs vary from Boot Camps to X-TREME Training program that's based off Beachbody's® P90X®!
